Um tributo às bolhas nacionais, pensado para quem aprecia autenticidade, qualidade e momentos memoráveis.
A decorrer no sofisticado Hotel Hyatt Regency Lisboa, com vista privilegiada sobre o Tejo, esta experiência sensorial reúne algumas das mais conceituadas casas produtoras de espumante em Portugal, selecionadas pela revista Paixão Pelo Vinho. Ao longo da tarde e início de noite, será possível provar mais de uma centena de referências, conhecer produtores e enólogos, descobrir castas, terroirs e métodos de produção — de norte a sul do país — e acompanhar tudo com irresistíveis sugestões gastronómicas, preparadas pelo chef David Gonçalves e sua talentosa equipa.

On September 6th, Lisbon will shine with elegance and effervescence as it welcomes the first edition of the Sparkling Wine Affair — an exclusive event entirely dedicated to celebrating Portuguese sparkling wines. A true tribute to the excellence, diversity and finesse of national bubbles.
Set against the stunning backdrop of the Hyatt Regency Lisbon, overlooking the Tagus River, this sensory experience brings together some of the most renowned sparkling wine producers in Portugal, carefully selected by Paixão Pelo Vinho magazine. Guests will have the opportunity to taste over 100 labels from north to south of the country, meet producers and winemakers, learn about grape varieties, terroirs and production methods — all paired with delicious gourmet bites crafted by chef David Gonçalves and his talented team.
